Tea Festivals

Hello Tea Friends,

Hope you are enjoying the beginnings of autumn-like weather or surviving 106 degree temperatures as we had last week. I'm so looking forward to cooler days and nights.

Saturday morning I woke up early, walked my dog and sat down with the latest Tea Time Magazine (I've been saving it) and became quite excited to learn about all of the upcoming Tea Festivals. What a great combination: travel and tea!
I've never been to a tea festival before and would love to hear from any of you that have.

Are you planning to attend any of these festivals?

Have you attended any of these festivals in the past?

How fun would it be for a group to meet at one of these festivals!

                                                                                                             Thanks,
                                                                                                             Nora

  3. A tea festival would be a great venue to meet up with like minded tea lovers Nora!
We don't get that tea magazine over here, but Judith of Lavender Cottage Gardening sent me one last year and I loved it.
    Enjoy your Autumn days.

  7. Nora:
I am in a face book group you might enjoy. It is called "Afternoon Tea Cross America" and is open to anyone interested in tea. If you are on face book - you just type that in the search box. Then you click that you are interested in joining. We just chat all about tea and many bloggers, tea room owners, tea shop owners, etc are in the group. So glad you shared and linked about the tea festivals!

  8. Hi Nora,
The teapot on the cover of Tea Time is stunning, isn't it? I have never attended a tea festival. They have never had one here that I know of. It would surely be fun to meet up with like-minded friends. I think there are more coffee drinkers than tea drinkers here on the Island. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your day.

    Blessings,
    Sandi

  9. Hi Nora,
Wow! That would be fun to meet up at a Tea Festival. I have never been to one and would be able to attend the one in Vancouver. Seattle is not too far from my home too but that is my son's birthday and he will be 30 so I can't commit to that one. I never even knew Vancouver had such a thing. Thank you for telling me about it. Happy Tea Day and Have a Wonderful Week! Karen
